1. Statutory 14-Day Cancellation Right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your online transaction for any reason within 14 days of receiving your physical goods. You do not need to provide a reason for the cancellation.
2. The Returns Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your Order ID number. You are responsible for paying the direct return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or materially defective.
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your returned item is safely received back at our warehouse facility, we will inspect it and issue your refund. All statutory funds will be processed back to your original payment method within **14 days** of our warehouse receiving the goods.
4. Return Exclusions
Please note that custom orders, highly personalized bespoke products, or items with unsealed health/hygiene barriers are strictly excluded from the 14-day statutory return policy unless they arrive faulty.
